My name is Bill. I have lived in the Juanita neighborhood for many years. I have been in the restaurant business for more than 45 years. One of the things I knew was missing from our neighborhood was a really good neighborhood grill. A place that was clean provided friendly service, served great food, cold beer, or a good stiff drink (every cocktail is a double). So one afternoon while sitting around with my neighbors "The Game Neighborhood Grill" was born. Now, all we needed was a location. Luck was with me when I discovered that this location was available. The Game Neighborhood Grill and Bar opened on February 4, 2000.
About the food. . . I like to call it "American Classic Diner Style." First, let me be clear on this, THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD, everything is cooked to order and I don't let my cooks prepare more than 12 meals at a time. I use the best ingredients available in the northwest. Most everything is cooked from scratch. Homemade french fries, fried in 100% zero trans-fat soybean oil, hash browns made from freshly steamed potatoes, honey cured slab bacon, garlic mashed potatoes made at least twice daily. The produce is sourced locally and my salad has five vegetables including radishes. We use extra lean certified ground chuck and all the burger patties are hand made and cooked to order.
I have spent the last several years cooking, tasting, and looking for the best. Now I bring it all to you, my neighbors. So sit back, relax, play a board game with your family or watch a game on one of our several large HD flat-screen TVs. We will have your meal ready when it is finished served piping hot.
